The procedure concerns the authorisation of the setting up of a Children's country of origin and is addressed to natural or legal persons or by Public Services or Organisations which fulfil the appropriate conditions.

The applicant shall be a TAXISnet code holder.
Existence of fire-fighting agents and materials according to provisions of the Fire Service.
Compliance with requirements regarding compulsory/optional facilities, in accordance with point 4 of Article 3 ‘Preconditions for the authorisation of establishment’ of the D22/fact. 37641/1450 (Official Gazette 2712/B/2016), point A. Compulsory Facilities and point B. Optional Facilities.
Approval of an installation issued in accordance with the provisions in force, where necessary if the camp is to be operated on a forest or forest area
The person concerned must be insured for information purposes.
The person concerned must be taxly informed.
All members of the administration or the legitimate representative of the Camping Company have not been sentenced irrevocably for: (a) crimes provided for in the 19th chapter of the Special Part of the Criminal Code and the crimes concerning the family of Articles 360 and 360A of the Criminal Code (Law 4619/2019, I 95); (b) crimes under Law 3500/2006 (Law 232) to deal with domestic violence; (c) trafficking in human beings in accordance with Article 323A of the Criminal Code and Article 4251/2014 (A 80); (d) drug trafficking in accordance with Article 4139/2013 (A'74), (e) crimes under Articles 187, 187A, 187B, 299, 306, 308 to 312 and 324 of the Criminal Code.

In the event of the expiry of that period, the person concerned’s application has been implicitly accepted and the authorisation has been issued in accordance with Article 14(4) of Law No 3844/2010 (A 63). In the above case of implied authorisation, the person concerned may apply for a certificate from the competent administrative authority in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law No 3230/2004 (A 44).
