In the event of the expiry of that period, the person concerned’s application has been implicitly accepted and the authorisation has been issued in accordance with Article 14(4) of Law No 3844/2010 (A 63). In the above case of implied authorisation, the person concerned may apply for a certificate from the competent administrative authority in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law No 3230/2004 (A 44).
