The procedure concerns the granting of a license to an interested party in order to trade in firearms, ammunition and other such items, with natural or legal persons who must meet certain legal conditions in order to be able to purchase these species. Aimed at citizens and businesses.

In case of a interested party is going to store the explosives for sale in a third partys warehouse, a certified copy of the warehouse operating license is required, which will be accompanied by a copy of a lease agreement or another official document, where it is stated that the warehouse owner grants it for storage certain quantities of explosives by type and for a specific time.
