Description

This procedure concerns the announcement of installation of floating craft or permanent mooring of ships and establishment of shops of sanitary interest on them.

2nd stage: Proof that the operator has granted to the applicant, in accordance with the provisions in force, a sea area for the permanent mooring of the ship or the installation of the floating craft, for the purpose of operating the shop of sanitary interest on it.

2nd stage: In the case of a legal person, as the case may be, legalising documents of the legal person (company statutes and amendments thereof, certificate of representation in force)

2nd stage: Ownership of the floating craft or ship.

2nd stage: Documents specified for the ship or floating craft to have for safety reasons.

2nd stage: In case the applicant is not the owner of the ship or the floating craft: leasing agreement, the applicant should declare it

2nd stage: Every legally moored ship or floating craft, independently of its capacity, if a shop of sanitary interest operates on board, is obliged to keep a book of inspections and exercises, as provided in PD 121/79.

2nd stage: The interested person shall declare that he/she has announced the commencement of operation of an installation of floating crafts or permanent mooring of ships and establishment upon those of shops of sanitary interest.

2nd stage: Documents of Ship safety and the escape exits in case of emergency.

2nd stage: The interested person shall be a Greek or foreigner citizen of a EU or EEA member-state (with the exception of Switzerland) or a legal person established in Greece or in a EU or EEA member-state (with the exception of Switzerland).

2nd stage: The interested person shall not have been irrevocably convicted to a custodial sentence of espionage, dissemination of false news, crimes relative to memos, bribery, oppression, misappropriation of funds, intentional causing a shipwreck, coercion into indecency, rape, seduction, pimping, exploitation of prostitutes, human trafficking, robbery, theft, embezzlement, larceny, extortion, fraud, smuggling, violation of the laws on drugs and the protection of the national currency, of the provisions against illegal fishing with the use of explosives or toxic chemicals, narcotics, corrosives, chemical or vegetal substances, or devices or substances that produce electrical discharges, violation of mandatory law 192/1936 as in force and in any sentence with which even a partial deprivation of civil rights was imposed.

2nd stage: The interested person shall not be running away from a trial nor be a fugitive.

  • Administrative fee in favour of municipalities according to JMD 61167/17-12-2007 (GG 2438/Β/2007). The amount is defined according to the population - in cities with more than 5.000 residents is 185€ whist in the rest is 75€.
