Description

The procedure pertains to the temporary and occasional provision of services for the installation of floating constructions or permanent anchorages and the installation of health-reguled establishments thereon and is addressed to providers who are licensed and permanently engaged in the specific occupation/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

9An equivalent or corresponding document of the Greek criminal record, from which it can be shown that the person concerned has not been irrevocably convicted of the following offences: deprivation of liberty due to espionage, dispersal of false news, crimes for commemorations, corruption, fraud, infidelity, intentional shipwreck, compelling, raping, seduction, pimping, exploitation of prostitutes, human trafficking, robbery, theft, embezzlement, misappropriation, blackmail, fraud, smuggling, violation of the laws on drugs and the protection of the national currency, the provisions on illegal fishing using explosives or toxic, drug, corrosive chemical or vegetable materials or devices or substances producing electrical shock, infringement of Law 192/1936, as applicable and in any penalty that resulted in the minimum loss of civic rights.
