Conditions
The applicant must have TAXISnet codes.
Spatial and urban planning must be suitable, taking into account the environmental impact; the size and type of the facility must be aligned with the local natural and cultural environment; and a road network and other infrastructure works must exist, taking into account the environmental impact of the relevant transport.
The applicant must be the legal owner of the outlet.
Outlets must possess the necessary spaces for customer parking and goods offloading, in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Where required, compliance with the minimum threshold for the total floor area of the retail premises, as per the provisions of Article 10 of Law 3377/2005.

Remarks
Ιmportant note: no such permit is required, regardless of the total surface area of the commercial outlet, for outlets established in the regions of Attica and the Municipality of Thessaloniki (Article 10 of Law 3377/2005).
