    The application for issue of a registration certificate copy may also be submitted using a special online application available via the a copy of a road tax disc may also be submitted on a specific electronic application accessible via the Single Public Administration Digital Portal. In order to use the aforesaid online application, the interested party must first be authenticated using the passwords/credentials provided by the General Secretariat of Information Systems for Public Administration of the Ministry of Digital Governance. The application for registration shall function as a solemn declaration under Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 75).
