The procedure pertains to the enrollment of Legal Entities of any legal form, who have at least one Energy Inspector as member or partner or employee with an employment contract. The register of each legal entity is updated at the same time for each alteration concerning the Energy Inspector as a person. It is addressed to legal entities.

Remarks
In the event of a change in the originally declared details of a person or a legal entity registered in the Energy Inspectors Registry, there is the obligation to report the change to the Energy Inspection Departments of the North and South Hellenic Inspection Bodies within a period of ten (10) days. In particular, in the event of death, retirement or loss of the professional status of the Energy Inspector, the authority in charge of issuing the relevant certificate or decision is obliged report the incident in writing to the Energy Inspection Departments of the Inspection Bodies of Northern and Southern Greece, within a period of ten ( 10) days from the issuance of the certificate or the decision for the update of the Registry of Energy Inspectors.
