If the legal requirements are not met or if the information submitted does not show that they are met, the energy inspection departments of the Inspectorate of Northern and Southern Greece of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy shall inform the person concerned in writing that they prohibit them from carrying out the activity, giving the reasons for the decision. Otherwise, after the expiry of three (3) months, the person concerned shall carry out the activity freely, without further notice or action by the person concerned.
