Description
The procedure concerns the approval of establishment of a facility for cold stοrages. The established cold stores are facilities used for storage, preservation and freezing of products. The applied procedures, practices and methods can ensure that products are handled, stored, maintained and transported under the proper hygiene conditions. They thus contribute decisively to the improvement and modernization of the hygienic conditions and to the technology of products, to the protection of Public health and to the environment.
