Conditions
The applicant shall be legally established in the State where the economic activity is practiced.
At the time of issue of the certificate the applicant shall not have been prohibited, even temporarily, from practicing the relevant activities in the State of establishment.
The applicant shall be a citizen of a EU member-state
The applicant shall possess the necessary relevant professional qualifications and relevant professional experience
The applicant shall be at least 16 years old
