If the application is submitted by a legal person, the latter shall have been legally established and operating.

Submission of an Application - Solemn Declaration by a natural person or by the legal representative of a legal person (as the case may be) that wishes to be granted a Special Licence Sign for the Operation (ESL)

Application of the architectural study approved by EOT, according to the technical specifications of 23908/91 (GG 208/B/91 and 298/Β/91).

Availability of a suitable area - ownership or concession of use (required for the approval of the suitability of the area).

Sufficient sound insulation-sound protection: conference centre rooms, in terms of sound protection and sound insulation, fall into category A of "high acoustic comfort" of article 12 of the building regulation (MD 3046 304 GG 59 / D / 3.2.89) and their construction observes the criteria of "gathering" spaces. (JMD 23908/1991, art.6, par. 6.2).

Proper operation of the sewerage system.

Meeting of the fire-safety requirements for the building installations.

The applicant shall not have been irrevocably convicted for a felony or any of the misdemeanours of theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, counterfeiting, grievous bodily harm, breach of drug provisions or provisions referring to the mores. If the application is submitted by a legal person, the ESL is issued in the name of the Legal Person and the present prerequisite is fulfilled by a copy of the criminal record of the legal representative of the applicant.

  • Application – Solemn Declaration, considered as a Solemn Declaration according to article 8 of Law 1599/1986, listing the details of the applicant natural or legal person, the Tax Registration Number (AFM) and the Local Tax Office (DOY) to which the person belongs. The above application also contains a) the distinctive title to be approved, and b) the application of the architectural plans approved by EOT, based on which the relevant building permit was issued. If the application is submitted by a legal person, it shall be accompanied by documents proving its legal establishment and operation. (Nos.2-5)

5Copy of criminal record of general use, issued in the last quarter, or of an equivalent document, when the applicant is a national of another EU Member State, proving that the applicant (natural person or legal representative) has not been irrevocably convicted of a felony or for any of the misdemeanours of theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, counterfeiting, grievous bodily harm, breach of drug provisions or provisions referring to the mores.
