About
Application for a treatment or a hierarchical action pursuant to Article 24 of Law No 2690/1999; the person concerned may apply, either by the administrative authority which issued the act, for the withdrawal or modification of it (demand for a treatment) or, by the authority which is the head of the act, for the annulment of the act (contentious appeal). The administrative authority to which the application is submitted shall notify the person concerned of its decision in respect of that application no later than thirty (30) days, unless otherwise provided for.
