Description
The procedure refers to the temporary and occasional provision of leasing services of marine recreational craft and is addressed to providers who are licensed and permanently exercising the profession/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

Conditions
The applicant must be legally exercising the profession in the Member State of establishment.
The applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of the following offences: custodial sentence for homicide with intent, espionage, active and passive bribery, forgery, counterfeiting, defamation, crime against sexual freedom, economic exploitation of sexual life, disloyalty, theft, embezzlement, robbery, extortion, fraudulent bankruptcy, tax evasion, fraud, smuggling, violation of the laws on drug and intermediaries, and the provisions on illegal fishing with explosives, toxins, narcotics, corrosive chemical and plant substances or substances producing electric discharges, violation of Emergency Law No. 192/1936 and, in general, one must not have been convicted of a crime punishable by even partial deprivation of civil rights.
The applicant must have previously disclosed the commencement of business at the competent tax office (D.O.Y.).
The applicant must declare all the marine recreational craft they intend to use and indicate the specific location (and optionally, alternative locations) where they wish to operate.
The premises to be used by the applicant for their activity must be legally made available to them.
If motorised marine recreational craft (MRC) are being used, the applicant must comply with the provisions of ministerial decision No. 3117.1/MF4B/N/01/3-3-2003 "Placement of floating platforms, up to 100 m2 in the sea, without interfering with the seashore for seasonal use" (Government Gazette 345/B/2003).

5For motorised marine recreational craft and in cases where the starting point is a floating platform, supporting documents must be submitted as provided for in ministerial decision no. 3117.1/MΦ4B/N/01/3-3-2003 (Government Gazette 345/B/2003), namely:
1. Description of the floating platform accompanied by a complete technical drawing and a plan for its safe anchoring signed by a qualified naval architect.
2. Certificate (of two-year validity) issued by an EU recognised Inspection Organisation (Ships Inspection Agency) and authorised by our country or a report of two-year validity issued by the Local Ship Inspection Committee, following an inspection at sea and a four-yearly inspection ashore or by a diver for the safe buoyancy, strength and anchorage of the floating platform
3. A 1:500 scale topographical drawing showing the exact location of the floating platform.Drawings / studies by an engineer / architect
