Description

The procedure concerns the granting of a license to businesses for priming of hunting cartridges and then their trading, provided that the conditions for the establishment and operation of these enterprises are complied with other provisions and the trading license has been issued. Retreading of hunting cartridges is prohibited. It is addressed to businesses and legal entities.

In case the interested party is going to store the cartridges and capsules for marketing in a third party warehouse, the certified copy of the warehouse operation license will be accompanied by a copy of the lease agreement or other official document, which shows that the use of the warehouse is granted, for storage of specific quantities by item type and for a certain period of time.
