Notes

Equivalent document means a document issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of a Member State certifying that the person concerned has not been convicted of the above offences. If the country of origin or provenance does not provide for the issue of a document equivalent to a criminal record, such a document may be replaced by a sworn statement or, in the absence of such a document, by a solemn declaration made by the person concerned before a competent judicial or administrative authority or, where appropriate, a notary in the country of origin or provenance, who shall issue a certificate attesting the issue of the sworn statement or declaration. The copy of the universal criminal record and the above documents shall be submitted within three months of the date of their issue. It shall be sought officially if issued by a national authority. 1. If the manager of the shelter does not coincide with the representative of the management body, the document shall also be submitted for the manager. 2. Notes

In cases of existing climbing shelters that have a building permit, the building permit shall be submitted, accompanied by a Technical Engineering report on the construction vulnerability control of the building. For the above cases, where the areas are protected by the provisions of forestry law and are not authorised to intervene with the Forest Authority, the provisions of forestry legislation relating to their legality status shall apply.
