If no response has been issued before the deadline provided (50 days), the applicant’s application shall be deemed to have been implicitly accepted and the licence issued, in accordance with Article 14(4) of Law 3844/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 63). In the event of tacit approval as described above, the applicant may request the issuance of the relevant certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 44).
