Description

The procedure pertains to the temporary and occasional provision of services for the profession/activity of the establishment for a training school for speedboats or water scooters and is addressed to providers who have been licensed and permanently practice in another Member State of the EU and wish to be active in the Greek territory for a limited time period .

Conditions

The person concerned is legally required to pursue the profession in the Member-State of establishment.

The person concerned (natural person or legal representative of a legal person) must not have been irrevocably or finally convicted for the following offences: intent homicide, espionage, robbery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, illegality, fraudulent evasion, corruption, counterfeiting, fraud, blackmail, slandering, crime against sexual freedom, economic exploitation of sexual life, violation of the law on drugs and mediators, illegal fishing using explosives, chemicals or plant materials or devices that produce electricity evacuation, breach of Law 192/1936 (A438) and any sentence to which civil rights have been deprived, or finally or irrevocably convicted and after the elapse of a five-year-period for misdemeanours or a ten-year-period for criminal offences.

The person concerned must have commenced work in the relevant IORP.

The person concerned must declare all the maritime recreational means he/she intends to use and indicate the specific location (and alternatives, if any) he/she asks to operate.

The area to be used by the person concerned to operate must be legally provided to him/her.

    Certificates/documents issued in the foreign language shall be accompanied by a simple translation into the Greek language. If in a country the required equivalent supporting documents/certificates or certificates do not cover all the cases, they shall be replaced by a responsible declaration by the person concerned, made before an administrative authority or by a sworn attestation before a notary or a judicial authority stating that the particular legal statements in question are not issued in the country concerned and that the documents issued in accordance with the above cannot be submitted three (3) months after the date of issue.
