The applicant shall hold a TAXISnet code for the submission of the application by digital means.
Prior to the issue of the operating authorisation, the Regional Tourism Service of the Ministry of Tourism shall carry out an autopsy on behalf of the Authorising Authority at the premises of the Ski Resort, in order to establish the assistance of legal operating conditions.
The applicant, in the case of a natural person, or his legal representative, in case of a legal person, shall not be convicted irrevocably to a felony or to any of the offences of theft, misappropriation, fraud, extortion, forgery, serious physical harm, infringement of the provisions on drugs or the provisions on morals.
Decision on the approval of Environmental Conditions in force.
A privately-owned ambulance or availability assurance by the nearest Health Center or Hospital in the area
A doctor must be available in the facility during business hours.

2Confirmation of a space of primary use signed by a private engineer, pursuant to Article 107 of Law 4495/2017, which states the precise location of the ski resort buildings, the total area of the main sites, the landmark attestation by the relevant Building Service (NORM) and expressly confirms that the site is legally existing - with regard to the construction and use of ski resort and fulfils all legal conditions for the main use area to operate as a ski centre, in accordance with the applicable Construction and Building Regulation, the Fire Protection Regulation, the applicable general and specific urban provisions, as well as the building specifications for the specific activity legislation specific to this site.Certificate

3The procedure concerns the issue of a copy of a Criminal Record, which is granted: a) in the criminal proceedings and b) in the issue of an Administrative Act of a public authority where required by the law as a supporting document; the period of validity of the copy is normally 3 months; it is possible to issue electronic copies from the Civil Service Bureau bodies as well, where the Criminal Record copy is legally necessary for the completion of an administrative act of their competence. If, for any reason, it is not possible to issue the certificate electronically, the person concerned shall make a digital appointment on myKEPlive in order to be served by a Point of Single Contact (ΚΕΠ-ΕΚΕ) official via conference call.Criminal Record Copy for General Use

A copy of a criminal record for general use, issued within the last three months, proving that the applicant is a natural person, or his legal representative, in case of a legal person, and has not been irrevocably convicted for a crime or one of the offences of theft, embezzlement, extortion, blackmail, forgery, serious physical harm, infringement of the provisions on drugs or the provisions on morals. The supporting document shall be sought by a national authority, following submission of a copy of an Identity Card issued by the Police.
4A study on passive fire protection for the building facilities of the ski centre housed in buildings falling within the scope of P.D. 41/2018 (A 80) or P.D. 71/1988 (A 32), as well as a study on active fire protection; these studies should be copies of the officially submitted building permits (e-adeies) and/or fire protection information systems. If the studies have not been submitted through the information systems, then they should come from the physical file kept at the Building and/or the Fire Service and bear a stamp of the respective Office.Study of passive fire protection

10Installer Qualifications:
(a) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or Naval Engineering from a National or an Equivalent School, or (b) Degree in Engineering from a technological school of the above specialisations from a National or an Equivalent Higher School.
