Description

The procedure concerns the notification of operation of a tourist road transport undertaking (TRTU), which has replaced the notice of operation of a TRTU. TRTUs may operate legally after gathering the required documents and subsequently submitting the notification of operation to the Integrated Information System for the Exercise of Activities and Controls (IISEAC) referred to in Article 14 of Law 4442/2016.

• The issuance of the fee can be completed through the e-paravolo online platform, by using the TAXISnet codes of the person concerned, under fee code 5718. Once issued, the fee amount may be paid either at a bank cash desk or via online banking.300,00€

  Note

  CHANGE OF NOTIFICATION If the details of the notification of establishment and operation of the tourist road transport undertaking need to be changed, the operator of the activity must provide prior notification of the intended change. The procedure to be followed for submitting notifications concerning information to be changed is the same as the procedure for the initial notification described in Article 3 of Joint Ministerial Decision No 18913/2021. In particular, if the change consists of a change in the operator of the activity pursuant to Article 9 of Law 4442/2016, both the old and the new operator must submit a notification of the change within ten (10) days of the change. The notification only concerns information about the operator of the activity. The road transport operator authorisation will be issued to the new operator. If the activity comes to an end at the site where it has been taking place, the operator must provide notice of this. The procedure to be followed for submitting notifications of cessation of operations is the same as the procedure for the initial notification described in Article 3 of Joint Ministerial Decision No 18913/2021. If the location where the activity is carried out changes, the operator must submit a new notification concerning the new location of the activity.
