The PETC Units are subject to the provisions: 1. of the Βuilding Regulation, Sector "Safety and Social Welfare". 2. of the Buildings Fire Protection Regulation, in accordance with the relevant provisions concerning the Health and Social Welfare Sector category. The spaces and net surfaces required for the operation of a PETC Unit are listed in Tables I, II, III and IV of Article 5 ‘Civil Program - Metric Data for PETC Units - Technical and Functional Specifications’ of the Ministerial Decision Δ22/οικ.11828/293/2017 (Government Gazette 1157/Β).

The plot of the PETC Unit should be at least 300 metres from the perimeter of an approved industrial area, from noisy laboratories and generally unhealthy and unhealthy installations, as defined by the statutory committee, in accordance with the relevant sanitary provisions and served by the networks of drinking water, electricity, telephone, and from road. Exceptionally, it may be established in an area of no polluting industry/industry, exclusively for the children of workers in that facility, provided that there is distance of at least 300 metres from that of another industrial or craft establishment of unhealthy or crafting, as defined above.

The space must comply with the fire protection rules.

The premises of the PETC Unit must be at least 300 metres away from the perimeter of an approved industrial zone, from noisy workshops and generally unhealthy and noisy establishments, as designated by the legally competent commission, in accordance with the applicable health regulations, and must be served by drinking water, electricity, telephone and road networks. By way of exception, a PETC may be established on the site of a non-polluting industrial/manufacturing establishment, exclusively for the children of the workers employed therein, provided that there is no other industrial or manufacturing establishment of an unhealthy or noxious nature, as defined above, within a distance of at least 300 metres from it.

All members of the management of the Company and, in any case, the members of any compound management of the VAT Unit, have not been sentenced irrevocably to any penalty for a felony or for one of the offences of theft, misappropriation, extortion, extortion, forgery, forgery, forgery, forging, forging, forging, forging, physical harm and for violating the laws on drugs, or for crime referred to in morals, and not deprived of any criminal act of their political rights. 2For existing buildings: a. A set of the study plans of the relevant permit, certified by the competent urban planning authority (in hard copy and, if possible, electronically). b. Notes
The procedure concerns the issuance of a Copy of the Criminal Record, which is issued: a) in criminal proceedings and b) for the issuance of an Administrative Act of a Public Authority, where required by law as a supporting document. The validity of the copy is normally 3 months. Public Administration bodies are also able to issue electronic copies, in cases where the copy of the Criminal Record is by law a necessary supporting document for the completion of an administrative act within their competence. If and for whatever reason it is not possible to issue the certificate electronically, the person concerned makes a digital appointment on myKEPlive to be served by an employee of the Citizen Service Centres (KEP) via videoconference.

If the above deadline expires without action, the application of the interested party shall be tacitly approved and the permit shall be deemed to have been issued, in accordance with par. 4 of Article 14 of Law No. 3844/2010 (Α 63). In the aforementioned case of tacit approval, the interested party may request a certificate from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the act, in accordance with par. 4 of Article 10 of Law No. 10. 3230/2004 (Α 44).
