- Application – Solemn declaration (article 8 of Law 1599/1986) of the interested party. The Solemn Declaration indicates the subject of the examination in which the applicant wishes to be examined and selects the Regional Department that wishes to be examined. About
The objection must be lodged within a time limit of 15 days from the date of publication of the results at the TEE offices or on the TEE website and must be lodged by any appropriate means at the TEE Secretariat. The objector shall be given a filing reference number. The Commissions decision shall be adopted within 90 days of the lodging of the objection. The time limits for the exercise of statutory remedies shall be suspended for the duration of the time limit for lodging an objection and until the Commission has issued a decision in accordance with Article 1(1) of the TEE. 2 of Decree 99/2018.
