About
Within 90 days, the Service may prohibit the practice of the profession if the legal conditions for doing so are not met, or if the submitted information does not show that they are met. After expiry of the aforementioned deadline, it will be presumed that the profession may be freely practised (Article 3 of Law 3919/2011). In this case, the interested party may request a certificate from the relevant administrative authority (Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004).
