Description
This process concerns the announcement of the establishment and operation of a diving crew for carrying out diving work. It is addressed to natural and legal persons.

Carrying out diving work shall be included in the company purposes (for a legal person).
The applicant shall have a TAXISnet username and password.
In the case of a legal entity, its legal representative must be at least 20 years of age.
For the operation of a diving crew, the interested party must have announced the commencement of activities in the relevant Local Tax Office (DOY)
For the operation of a diving crew, the interested party must have the appropriate equipment and materials needed for the activities of a diving crew.
For legal persons: the legal representative is not prosecuted as fugitive or as running away from trial
For legal persons: the legal representative has not been finally or irrevocably convicted for illicit trade in antiquities, robbery, intentional homicide, smuggling, possession, use or trading of drugs, exploitation of prostitutes and human trafficking, seduction, rape, coercion into indecency, theft, forgery, fraud, extortion, illegal fishing with the use of explosives or chemicals or vegetal materials, intentional wrecking of a ship, violation of the law on intermediaries, or that he/she has been finally or irrevocably convicted and five years have passed since for misdemeanours, or ten years for crimes
For legal persons: It must have a declaration of commencement of business, not be under bankruptcy, bankruptcy composition, composition, receivership, receivership, liquidation or any other similar situation, no application has been filed to be placed in any of the above situations.
For legal persons: the legal representative is not in a state nor has filed for bankruptcy, privative or auxiliary court wardship

After the expiration of the fifty 950) days deadline, it is presumed that the profession is practiced freely (article 3 of Law 3919/2011 (Government Gazette 32 / AD / 02-3-2011). The applicant may request by the competent administrative authority an attestation according to par. 4 ed. c of article 10 of 3230/2004 (Government Gazette 44 / AD / 11-2-2004).
