The procedure concerns the issuance of a license to practice the profession of Information and Communication Systems Engineer. It refers to individual persons.

Conditions

The applicant must not be a member of the T.E.E.

The interested party cannot be a member of the T.C.G. (Technical Chamber of Greece) and to be in a judicial prohibition or perception and when she/he has been irrevocably convicted of a felony and for the time, she/he is serving her/his sentence. If the interested party (applicant) has not been convicted, she / he declares responsibly that she / he has not been brought to legal aid and has not been irrevocably convicted of a crime and is not serving a sentence. If the interested party (applicant) has been convicted, she / he declares responsibly that she / he has been placed in legal aid and / or has been irrevocably convicted of a felony and is serving a sentence from… to…. "

The person concerned must not be serving a sentence for a felony for which he or she has been irrevocably convicted. If the person concerned has been convicted, he/she shall declare on his/her own responsibility that he/she has been convicted of a felony and is serving a sentence from ... to ....

The interested party (applicant) must declare responsibly the title of her/his dissertation and certify that the dissertation has been prepared by her/him. In case the dissertation was prepared in collaboration with other colleagues, their names should be mentioned.

The interested party (applicant) must hold a bachelor/master’s degree of Information and Communication Systems Engineer from a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Greece or a bachelor’s degree from a third country Higher Education Institution recognized by the Interdisciplinary Organization for the Recognition of Academic Degrees and Information (DOATAP) as equivalent to a degree in engineering from a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Greece. It is noted that if the interested party obtained her/his bachelor’s degree from a third country Higher Education Institution, she/he submits to the Technical Chamber of Greece the degrees (Bachelor and / or Master) that he submitted to the D.O.A.T.A.P. to obtain the relevant equivalence act.

The applicant must hold a foreign degree recognised by the Interdisciplinary Organisation for the Recognition of Academic and Information Degrees (D.O.A.A.T.A.P.) as equivalent and corresponding to a national degree in Information and Communication Systems Engineering.

If the person concerned obtained his/her degree abroad, he/she submits to the T.E.E. the same qualifications (Bachelor and/or Master) that he/she submitted to the D.O.A.T.A.P. to obtain the relevant act of equivalence and equivalence.

The interested party (applicant) must also prove the elective courses she / he successfully completed during her / his academic study.

The interested party (applicant) should register as a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and in the free services of Technical Chamber of Greece (My TEE).

The interested party (applicant) must consent to the availability and disclosure of personal data.

If the application for participation in the examinations and the required supporting documents are submitted via the online application of the T.E.E., the applicant must request an access code.

    Other Objection before a three-member objections committee

    The objection must be lodged within a time limit of 15 days from the date of publication of the results at the TEE offices or on the TEE website and must be lodged by any appropriate means at the TEE Secretariat. The objector shall be given a filing reference number. The Commissions decision shall be adopted within 90 days of the lodging of the objection. The time limits for the exercise of statutory remedies shall be suspended for the duration of the time limit for lodging an objection and until the Commission has issued a decision in accordance with Article 1(1) of the TEE. 2 of Decree 99/2018.
