The procedure concerns the granting of a licence to establish a summer camp for children and is addressed to natural or legal persons or public agencies or bodies or organisations which fulfil the appropriate conditions.

About
In the event that the above deadline has expired, it shall be deemed that the application of the interested party has been tacitly approved and the licence has been issued, in accordance with Article 14(4) of Law 3844/2010 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 63). In the event of tacit approval as described above, the interested party may request the issuance of the relevant certificate from the Administrative Authority competent for issuing the deed, in accordance with Article 10(4) of Law 3230/2004 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 44).
