About
An application for review of the decision, or an administrative appeal in accordance with Article 24 of Law No 2690/1999. The interested party may request either that the administrative authority which issued the act revoke or amend it (application for review), or request the authority with oversight over the one that issued it to annul it (administrative appeal). The administrative authority to which the relevant application is submitted must notify the interested party of its decision on the application no later than within thirty (30) days, unless a different deadline is set out under specific provisions.
