The procedure concerns the issuance of a license to companies for the priming of firearm cartridges (except those for hunting) and then to their trading, provided that the conditions provided for by other provisions are established and the operation of these companies and the trading license has been issued. In case the interested party is going to store the cartridges and capsules for trading in a third party warehouse, the certified copy of the warehouse operation license will be accompanied by a copy of the lease agreement or other official document, which shows that the use of the warehouse is granted, for storage of specific quantities by species and for a certain period of time. This document is submitted once and then again, only if items other than those mentioned in it are to be manufactured or assembled.
