The applicant shall have a TAXISnet username and password.
The legal representative of the legal person shall not be prosecuted as running away from trial or as a fugitive.
The legal representative of the legal person shall not have been irrevocably convicted of offences that constitute an obstacle to the appointment to a public servant post in Greece.
The legal representative of the legal person shall not have been placed or filed to be placed in a state of bankruptcy, privative or auxiliary court wardship.
The legal representative of the legal person shall not exercise the profession of supplier, manufacturer, lessor or seller of diving equipment and shall not participate in the shareholder structure or the management of a legal person that performs such or similar activities.
Certificate from a body accredited by the National Accreditation System (ESYDAE) or another accreditation body - member of the Mutual Recognition Agreement, as well as accreditation proof of the body that granted the certification.
The legal representative of the legal person shall have announced the commencement of operation of the legal person in the area of the activities of the Body.
Leasing of a property or ownership title and in case the body is established abroad in a EEA member-state.
The legal representative of the legal person shall be at least 18 years old.
