Description
The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the profession/activity of a provider of recreational diving services and is addressed to providers, who are licensed and permanently practising the profession/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

Conditions
The person concerned must be lawfully practising the profession in question in the Member State of establishment.
The person concerned must not have been irrevocably convicted of the following offences: a custodial sentence for homicide with intent, espionage, bribery, corruption, forgery, counterfeiting, defamation, libel, defamation, crimes against sexual freedom, sexual exploitation, infidelity, theft, theft, embezzlement, robbery, extortion, fraudulent bankruptcy,, tax evasion, fraud, smuggling, violation of drug and intermediary laws, and the provisions on illegal fishing with explosives, toxins, narcotics, corrosive chemical and vegetable substances or substances producing electric discharges, for violation of A. Law 192/1936 and, in general, to a sentence which has resulted in the partial or total deprivation of civil rights.
The person concerned must have registered commencement of work at the competent tax office.
The interested party must declare all the means of marine recreation he/she intends to use and indicate the specific location where he wishes to operate.
The area to be used by the person concerned for the activity must be legally provided.
In the case of the use of motorised marine recreational crafts, the applicant must comply with the provisions of Y.A. 3117.1/N.4B/N/01/3-3-2003 "Placement of floating platforms, of surface up to 100 m2 in the sea, without interfering with the coastline for seasonal use" (Government Gazette 345/B/2003).

The remaining training staff may be employed, provided they have basic knowledge of the Greek language, at the following level: reading, oral expression and comprehension, which is declared oneself and certified by the provider.
8If the starting point is a floating platform (only for motorised Marine Recreational Crafts), the supporting documents and the supporting documents provided for by the Commission Ministerial Decision No. 3117.1/ΜΦ4Β/Ν/01/3-3-2003 (ΦΕΚ 345/Β/2003): 1. Description of the floating platform accompanied by a complete technical drawing of its safe anchorage signed by a qualified naval archotect. 2. A certificate (two-year certificate) issued by a recognized Inspection Organization (Ships Inspection Agency) from the European Union, authorized by our country or a two-year report of the Local Ship Inspection Committee, after inspection at sea and every four years inspection ashore or by a diver for the safe buoyancy, strength and anchorage of the floating platform 3. A 1:500 scale topographical drawing showing the exact location of the floating platform.Drawings / studies by an engineer / architect
