Description

The process concerns the notification of Operation of Theatre or Cinema. The person concerned (natural or legal person) shall electronically notify the competent authority of the opening of a theater or cinema operation in a certain place or establishment. It is addressed to citizens, businesses and legal entities.

Compliance with building conditions and obligations arising from the institutional framework in force.

Μeasures for active fire protection must be in taken, according to the relevant risk category. Category C - High Risk which includes theatres and cinemas. In category C, the operators must, before the date of submission of the notification, take all the necessary actions in order to have been provided by the relevant Fire Service with a certificate of (active) fire protection which will be kept in the establishment file.

Theaters: Appointment of a theatre responsible officer and deputy responsible officer / Cinemas: Appointment of a cinema responsible officer

No overdue debts to the Municipality. Exceptions are the cases of pending litigation and the settlement of any debts.
