Description
The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the establishment and operation of a diving crew and is addressed to providers who are licensed and are permanently exercising the profession/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek domain for a limited period of time.

Conditions
The applicant must be legally exercising the relevant profession in the Member State of establishment.
The applicant must have a declaration of commencement of business activity at the competent Tax Office (D.O.Υ.).
The applicant must have a sufficient knowledge of the Greek language.
The applicant must not have been irrevocably convicted of the offences: imprisonment or imprisonment for antiquity, robbery, robbery, manslaughter with intent, smuggling, possession, use or trafficking of drugs, exploitation of prostitutes and human trafficking, seduction, rape, forced sexual intercourse, theft, forgery, fraud, embezzlement, illegal fishing with the use of explosives or chemical or plant substances, causing a shipwreck with intent, the law on intermediaries. In the case of a legal person, it is submitted in the name of the legal representative.

1A certificate issued by the competent authority of the Member State of establishment, stating that the applicant is legally established in that Member State and is lawfully excercising the relevant profession and that he/she is not prohibited, even temporarily, from excercising that profession at the time of issuance of the certificate.Certificate
