Description

The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the chartering of motor boats and high speed vessels and is addressed to providers who have been licensed and permanently engaged in this occupation/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate on Greek territory for a limited period of time.

Conditions

The person concerned must be legally practising the profession in question in the country of establishment.

The person concerned must have declared commencement of operations in the relevant Tax Office.

The person concerned must not be sentenced irrevocably to the following offences: intentional homicide, espionage, robbery, theft, embezzlement, fraudulent bankruptcy, smuggling, fraud, corruption, bribery, counterfeiting, forgery, fraud, blackmail, slandering, crime against sexual freedom, economic exploitation of sexual life, violation of the drugs law and mediators, illegal fishing using explosives, chemical or vegetable materials or devices producing electrical evacuations, breach of Emergency Law 192/36, and any penalty which has been identified even partial deprivation of civil rights.

The person concerned must own the required number of vessels with specific specifications.
