Description

The procedure concerns the authorisation of the operation of amusement parks, circuses and ice-skating rinks, which are carried out in a covered or open-air area on land within a tourist port.

Conditions

The tourist port has been located and licensed.

The installation should be made within the terrestrial area of the tourist port.

In any event, the equipment should comply with the requirements of the national and EU technical legislation from which it is governed and in the absence of it, it must be in line with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive, as specified in the joint decision G3/2810/14.12.2004 of the Ministers of Interior, Public Administration and Decentralisation - Economy and Finance - Development - Health and Social Solidarity - Justice - Transport and Communications (B 1885).

The entity of the activity shall renew and keep up-to-date the supporting documents it has submitted during the approval procedure and which have a certain duration.

Ensure that the operation of the activity complies with the requirements of Chapter II of L. 4442/2016 and its regulatory acts.

Notes
Activities temporarily carried out in a public common area granted by the competent authority or in a municipal or private area are exempt from the authorisation of the establishment. For the purposes of this provision, a temporary activity shall be defined as an activity that lasts up to sixty (60) days, and the establishment at the same location may take place up to two (2) times per year, regardless of the operator of the activity.
2Certification of the main use space by a private engineer, in accordance with par. 8 of article 107 of Law No. 4495/2017, regarding the legality of the building installations and structures of the entertainment activity and their compliance with the current Building and Construction Regulations, the Fire Protection Regulations, the general and special urban planning provisions in force at the time, as well as the building specifications of the specific legislation for the activity.Certificate

4Copies of approved floor plans of the site where the activity is to be carried out with a 1:100 scale depiction of the entertainment equipment on the site and a relevant memorandum. If it is not possible to depict the equipment on the above copies, then it shall be done on new drawings prepared by the engineer and accompanying the certificate for the main use premises. Copies of the approved floor plans are obtained either from the e-adeies building permit information system, or from the information system for the declaration of unauthorised premises, or from the paper file of the Building Service, depending on the type of legalisation act referred to in point i. (electronic or paper). In the memorandum of the floor plans of the above mentioned case (b), next to each entertainment device, the unique identification number of the device is also indicated, according to par. 6 of Article 4 of Decision No. 50116/20.5.2020 (B΄2065).Floor plan

In the case of recreational activities conducted outdoors, they fall within the scope of the applicable fire protection legislation and are not temporarily carried out.
10The procedure concerns the issue of an electronic solemn declaration by the person concerned, without a visit to a store of administrative authority or KEP. You can enter the e-mail address in the following two ways: (a) by your personal web banking codes in one of the available banks; or (b) by your personal Taxisnet access codes at the (after entering once with the web banking codes, to confirm your mobile phone number); then you will receive confirmation codes with SMSs on your mobile. If the deadline for the issuance of the approval has passed without action, it is presumed that the operating approval has been granted, if the activity complies with the provisions of the framework for amusement parks, circuses and ice rinks (Chapter IX of Law 4442/2016) and the interested party may request from the competent authority the issuance of a certificate.
