3Attestation of the member-state of establishment of the interested person, Translated and certified certificate from the competent authority of the Member State of establishment of the interested party, that he or the company he represents, is legally established there, that he legally carries out the specific professional activity there and that the natural person or company has not been prohibited, even if temporarily, the exercise at the time of granting the certificate.In case that such a certificate is not issued by a public authority of the Member State of establishment, the following must be submitted: − A translated and certified certificate of the competent authority of the Member State of establishment for the legal establishment of the company that wishes to operate in the country, − Documents proving at least two years of provision of the roadside assistance service in the Member State of establishment.Certificate
