The applicant must have TAXISnet codes.
With the exception of distillers who may bottle pure alcohol at the premises of their distilleries, interested bottling candidates must have a suitable area and sufficient means for this purpose (paragraph 5 of Decision 25732/1955 of the Minister of Finance, as added by Article 2 of Decision 64360/11505/12/1970 of the Minister of Finance).
In the pharmacy areas where pure alcohol is bottled, there should be continuous water flow facility.
Suitable and sufficient fire-extinguishing equipment shall be provided within the areas where pure alcohol is bottled.
A pure alcohol bottling licence is issued following a chemical control report of the General Chemical State Laboratory, ascertaining the suitability of the workshop premises (paragraph 5 of Decision 25732/1955 of the Minister of Finance, as added by Article 2 of Decision 64360/11505/12/1970 of the Minister of Finance).
Licence to operate a factory/pharmacy (Joint Ministerial Decision ΔΕΦΚΓ 5005900 ΕΞ 2012).
