The procedure pertains to the temporary and occasional provision of services for the commencement of operation of a bathhouse facility and is addressed to providers, who have been licensed and permanently practice this profession in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited time period .

Conditions
The person concerned must lawfully pursue the profession/activity in the Member State of establishment.
The facilities must have the necessary means, equipment and training to deal with pollution incidents in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Merchant Shipping No. 2421.3/01/02 (FEK 687/B/2002). 2424.4/2/2002 of the Directorate for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, prior to the approval of the operation of the bathing facility, an initial inspection of the facility is carried out in order to ascertain that it meets the conditions and requirements of the legislation.
