Description
The procedure concerns the licensing of private inseminators, in order for them to apply the T.S. in productive animals, for which they have a relevant certificate of competency. The license is issued by the Directorates of Agricultural Economy and Veterinary of the Regional Units

Conditions
The applicant shall have a TAXISnet username and password.
The following have the right to obtain an authorized insemination license:
a) Graduate Veterinarians of the country or graduates of equivalent schools or departments abroad.
b) Graduated Agronomists of Animal Production or in the direction of Animal production of the country or equivalent schools abroad.
c) Graduates of Agricultural Animal Production Departments of the country or an equivalent degree abroad.
d) Inseminates graduates of the Artificial Insemination Schools.
e) The graduates of points b and c of the present, are obliged in addition to the degree to obtain the "Certificate of competence of application of Artificial Insemination in productive animals ".

In the case of graduates, a copy of the degree, i.e.:
A) Degree in Veterinary Medicine form a Greek school or from an equivalent school or department abroad
B) Degree in Agricultural Animal Production, or in the field of Animal Production from a Greek school or an equivalent school abroad
C) Degree from a Greek ATEI of Agricultural Animal Production Technologists or from an equivalent school abroad
D) Certificate of insemination (Certificate of Ability to apply TS for cases B and C above), Inseminator Attestation of a graduate of the A.I. Schools. which operated in the I.A. & A.I. of Athens, or Thessaloniki and the Reproduction department of I.K.E.TH. ETH.I.AG.E. of Thessaloniki.
In case the degree as well as the specialty has been obtained from an educational institution of a Member State of the European Union, a copy of the foreign language diploma or degree and the specialty is required, accompanied by a simple translation into Greek.
In case the degree as well as the specialty has been obtained from an educational institution of a third country, a copy of the equivalence certificate from DOATAP or from a corresponding body (NARIC) of another member state of the European Union is required.

In case of expiration of the above deadline, the approval is considered issued (tacit approval), according art.14 of Law 3844/2010 and the applicant may request a formal attestation from the competent authority (art.10 of Law 3230/2004).
