Description

The process concerns the notification of Operation of Theatre or Cinema. The person concerned (natural or legal person) shall electronically notify the competent authority of the opening of a theater or cinema operation in a certain place or establishment. It is addressed to citizens, businesses and legal entities.

Compliance with building conditions and obligations arising from the institutional framework in force.

Μeasures for active fire protection must be in taken, according to the relevant risk category. Category C - High Risk which includes theatres and cinemas. In category C, the operators must, before the date of submission of the notification, take all the necessary actions in order to have been provided by the relevant Fire Service with a certificate of (active) fire protection which will be kept in the establishment file.

Theaters: Appointment of a theatre responsible officer and deputy responsible officer / Cinemas: Appointment of a cinema responsible officer

No overdue debts to the Municipality. Exceptions are the cases of pending litigation and the settlement of any debts.

    Kept a record in the installation. For buildings or divided properties that have been subject to any law of exemption from demolition or settlement or regulation of arbitrary constructions: a certificate of exemption or termination is submitted by the competent authority or the competent Building Service (Y.DOM) that issued the deed, or a Certificate of completion of the procedure for inclusion in the electronic system of the TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece), or a certificate of payment of 30% of the single special fine from the electronic system of the TEE, depending on the provisions of the law to which they are subject. Also, copies of floor plans - sections of the building permit or the construction permit are submitted, or on a case by case basis (depending on the inclusion in the respective law of exception - settlement - regulation) the copies of the plans submitted initially to the competent authority or to the TEE electronic system. In buildings that have been erected before the entry into force of GOK / 1955 (Regulation) for which no permit has been issued, drawing plans (floor plan - section) are submitted as well.

The same certificate states that the building exists legally, according to the definition of par. 1 of no. 23 of law 4067/2012 or that the building or parts thereof have been excluded from demolition or their demolition has been suspended in accordance with provisions in force, as well as that the building complies with the general and special urban planning and other provisions and regulations necessary for its operation, as these apply each time.Certificate
