Description

Environmental licensing is the process of assessing the potential impact on the environment of the implementation of projects/activities. This procedure and the decision adopted as a result of the assessment and review shall establish the necessary measures, conditions and limitations to ensure that the project/activity will be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. In order to carry out new category A projects or activities or to relocate existing ones, an environmental authorisation procedure is required by carrying out an environmental impact assessment (EIA) and issuing a Decision Approving Environmental Conditions (DAEC).

Conditions

In order to submit an environmental impact assessment for projects and activities of categories A1 and A2, each project/activity body must have taxisnet codes. These codes make it possible to register on the relevant platform.

The project/activity body submitting the assessment and the assessor must have a digital signature.
