The applicant shall be a TAXISnet code holder.

To meet all the building conditions and obligations of the existing legal framework for the establishment: - The total gym/sport school space: - a) is an area of up to 100 sq.m., not including outdoor and semi-terrestrial spaces and auxiliaries (storages, lifts, boiler, etc.) and (b) has the necessary static adequacy. - The total useful area used by the residentials for training or learning sport is an area equal to or greater than 70 sq. - The minimum height of each area is 2.6 m. - Minimum area of useful area per trainee is 5 sq.m. - The total area of use of at least 2 rooms with provision for the safety of the personal objects and with a minimum surface area of at least 50 m. per cent. The exercise of the trainees is not carried out in underground spaces which are characterized as auxiliary by the provisions of General Building Regulations (G.B.B.) - The operation of the gym does not produce sound emissions and does not cause nuisance to the locals. - There is a bathroom with at least 2 sprinklers for hot and cold water for each locker room - Existence of hydraulic installation for cleaning and drainage of toilets as well as sanitary basins. Natural or artificial ventilation lining with durable tiles on the entire surface of the walls at least up to a height of 1.70 m. - Durable and non-slip coating on the entire surface of the floors, Doors that open from the outside to the inside. At least one sink per two toilets - Operation of 2 toilets (one for men and one for women) for the trainees for a capacity of up to 80 trainees and operation of an additional lavatory for every additional 40 trainees

The building has a safe and harmless electrical installation and full ventilation.

The building has a certificate of active fire protection.

The gym or sports school is housed in a single space, which is proprietary / has been leased by the person concerned.

Fulfilment of special building conditions if required by the sports federation.

Regarding the owner or the legal representative (for cases of Legal Entity by Private Law): Interested parties must not to have the attribute of civil servant, local government employee, or Legal Entity under Private Law employee a) Interested parties must not have been convicted or prosecuted for the following offenses with irrevocable commission for crime, theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, lawyer infidelity, bribery, oppression, infidelity related to service, breach of duty, crime against sexual freedom or and economic exploitation sexual trafficking, trafficking, possession and use of drugs, even if the of-fense is statute-barred b) Interested parties must not have been deprived of his political rights due to a conviction c) Interested parties should not be under custodial judicial support (full or partial) or under subsidiary support (full or partial) or in combination with the previous two, due to mental or mental disorder. d) Interested parties must not have been convicted for criminal and disciplinary offenses related to drug stimulation according to articles 128 G and 128 I and 130 law 2725/1999, as the three articles were added respectively, with articles 58.59 and 60 of Law 3057/2002 (GG 239/A/2002) Be tax and insurance informed, as well as for the Legal Entity by Private Law

The Director of the gym / sports school: a) is responsible for the elaboration of the internal regulations and for the control of the observance of all the specifications mentioned in the internal regulations, as well as in the existing provisions and is required b) is employed full time and will not works in more than one gym or sports school. In addition it is required: c) to hold a degree from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (TEFAA) of a Greek or equivalent foreign university. In case the diplomas have been obtained in educational institutions abroad, they have been recognized by SAEP or DOATAP d) to have at least three years experience in managing mass or individual learning or training programs e) not to have the capacity of civil servant, local government employee, or Legal Entity under Public Law employee f) has not been convicted or prosecuted by an irrevocable panel of a felony, theft, embezzlement, fraud, extortion, forgery, lawyer infidelity, bribery, repression, service infidelity, breach of duty, sexual intercourse, trafficking, possession and use of drugs, even if the offense is statute-barred g) has not been deprived of his political rights as a result of a conviction h) should not be Wards of Court (full or partial) or subsidiary support (full or partial) or a combination of the two, due to mental or emotional disorder i) not to have been convicted for the criminal and disciplinary offenses of drug stimulation according to articles 128 G and 128 I and 130 Law 2725/1999, as the three articles were added respectively, with articles 58.59 and 60 of law 3057/2002 (GG 239/A/2002)

The gym/sport school should employ as teachers, trainers, trainers and coaches holders of a TEFA, Greek or an equivalent foreign HEI, or holders of a professional licence by the relevant state body.

In cases where services related to the preparation and monitoring of nutritional programmes are provided, the recruitment of a diploma in dietary or nutritionian or special sports scientist specialising in sporting nutrition is required.

The administrative/advisory staff of the gym/sport school will be proportionate to the extent of the services provided and the number of trainees.

The Gymnasium operates within the legal hours of operation, i.e. daily and Saturdays from 06.00 to 24.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 24.00.

The sole purpose of the gym or sports school is to provide services of physical exercise and sport or learning and the cultivation of recognized or non-sport (resulting from the charter).

For cases where the gym/sport school operates a canteen, there should be an operating licence.

For those under 18 years of age, the consent of the trainees shall be required in writing.

Within the gym/sports school area, not available for sale in vitamins and food supplements.

In order to register in the gym or athletic school, as well as in the yearly renewal of the registration, a special card will be kept, in which it will be confirmed by a doctor that the person concerned can be trained in the training sport. The gym managers will display the gym cards of the trainees during the audits carried out by the Certification and Control Committee of A.D. 9 of 219/2006.

At the gym/sports school there is a first aid pharmacy and any other assistance necessary to deal with injuries.

Starting the operation of the Gymnasium/Sports School has declared the launch of a trade in the relevant IOC.
