Conditions

Conditions that must be met by the building facilities of drama schools/ dance schools, based on MD 78036/ 2473/ 2004 (GG 1595/ Β/ 2004)

The Director of Studies shall not be a civil servant and shall not have been convicted for any offence that constitutes an impediment to appointment to a public office

The Director of Studies (in case he is male) shall have fulfilled his military obligations or been legally exempted. He shall not be insubordinate nor have been irrevocably convicted of desertion.

The Director of Studies shall have ten years of successful service in the theatre or in a Drama School as a Professor, and Administrative skills as Director or Professor in a Dance School. For: a) Higher School of Dramatic Art for at least ten years of successful service in the Theatre or in Drama School as a Professor and administrative skills or b) for Higher School of Dance, proven superior artistic qualifications with ten years of experience as Director or Professor of School and administrative skills.

Applications for licences shall be submitted from 1 January to 30 March each year and the decision shall be issued by 31 July of the same year.
