Description
The procedure concerns the temporary and occasional provision of services for the profession/activity of establishing and operating a health regulated facility on board seagoing vessels and is addressed to providers who are licensed and permanently practising this profession/activity in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited period of time.

Conditions
The person concerned must not have been irrevocably sentenced to a custodial sentence for espionage, spreading false news, crimes of sedition, bribery, corruption, oppression, infidelity, causing a shipwreck with intent, rape, forced prostitution, seduction, pimping, exploitation of prostitutes, trafficking in human beings, theft, misappropriation, embezzlement, weaving, robbery, extortion, fraud, smuggling, violation of the laws on drugs, and on the protection of the national currency and the provisions on illegal fishing with explosives, toxins, narcotics, corrosive chemical and vegetable substances or substances producing electric discharges, for violation of Compulsory Law 192/36 and, in general, to a sentence which has resulted in even partial deprivation of civil rights.
The person concerned must be legally practising the profession/activity in question in the Member State of establishment.
The establishment must comply with the terms and conditions laid down in the specific provisions of the Ministry of Marine Affairs as regards its construction, space, height, etc.
The establishment must comply with the requirements of the Passenger Accomodation Regulation, as applicable by law.
The ship must have a valid General Inspection Protocol (GIP) or Passenger Ship Safety Certificate (for passenger ships) as applicable.
For the operation of the establishment by a natural or legal person, a Market Administrator must be appointed and a formal declaration of acceptance of his appointment must be submitted.
The person concerned must have commenced business at the competent tax office.
