Description

This procedure relates to the content and procedure for notifying the operation of outdoor parking facilities for cars, motorcycles and mopeds, the supporting documents to be held at the place where the activity is carried on, the method for notifying information in the case of an impending change, the authorities to which the notification is to be sent and the changes made.

No supporting documents need be submitted at the time the notification is submitted. This covers both the initial notification and subsequent changes. The operator of the activity is obliged to keep a dossier with the supporting documents required in each case along with proof of submission of all notifications at the place where the activity is carried on.

Compliance with the terms and conditions, in accordance with Presidential Decree 455/1976 (location, facilities, building, electromechanical equipment, signage, etc.).
