Description

This procedure concerns the notification of the operation of outdoor parking facilities for cars, motorcycles and mopeds, the supporting documents to be kept at the place of activity and uploaded to the Integrated Information System for the Exercise of Activities and Inspections (OPS ADE) under the title ‘OpenBusiness’, the procedure for notifying changes in the event of an impending modification, as well as the authorities to which the notification and any modifications thereof are communicated.

• For the submission of the initial notification of an outdoor parking facility for cars, motorcycles and mopeds, a fee of one hundred euros (EUR 100.00) is payable. No fees need be paid for notification of termination of operations, change of the operator or change in any other notified information other than the place where the activity is carried on.
