Description

The procedure pertains to the Change of Notification of the Establishment and Operation of a Food Service Establishment for the Retail Sale of Food and Beverages (Category III of the Sanitary Ordinance) with the Addition of a Νew Αctivity and is addressed to citizens and legal entities. The interested party (person or legal entity) notifies – online- the relevant authority for the addition of a new activity which was not stated in the initial notification for the establishment and commencement of operation of a Shop of Sanitary Interest for the Retail Sale of Food and Beverages (Category III of the Sanitary Ordinance).

All sanitary requirements must be met, as provided in MD 47829/2017 (GG 2161/β)
