The procedure pertains to the temporary and occassional service provision for the profession of tour guide and is addressed to providers, who have been licensed and permanently practice this profession in another EU Member State and wish to operate in the Greek territory for a limited time period.

Conditions
Submission of an Application - Declaration of Responsibility stating: I announce to your service the start of the profession of tour guide and I submit to you the documents provided for in the legislation in order to establish the existence of the legal requirements
Before the first provision of services or in case of a substantial change in the status of the provider, the statement shall be accompanied by the following supporting documents:
1 . The interested party must identify his / her personal information
2 . The person concerned must be legally established in the Member State of origin in order to exercise the profession of tour guide and must not be prohibited, even temporarily, from exercising it at the time the certificate is issued
3 . The applicant must prove his professional qualifications
4 . The applicant must have acquired at least 2 years of experience within the last 10 years if neither the education nor the profession is regulated by law.
