About

The above-mentioned time period has the character of an obligation imposed on the interested person to practice this profession, the obligation to wait and postpone the start of practicing it, in order to provide the Port Authority with the possibility to carry out an inspection and, if necessary, to prohibit the practice of the specific profession, if the legal conditions do not exist or do not arise.
