About
Αpplication for review of the decision, or an appeal before a higher administrative authority in accordance with Article 24 of Law No 2690/1999. The interested party may request its revocation or amendment (by application for review) from the administrative authority responsible for issuing the decision, or its cancellation (by hierarchical appeal) to the higher authority to which the former reports. The administrative authority to which the relevant application is submitted must notify the interested party of its decision on the respective application within thirty (30) days at the latest, unless special provisions provide for a different deadline
