Description
This procedure aims to authorise the operation of: # purely compressed natural gas (CNG) stations or # mixed stations of a. liquid fuels, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and CNG or b. LPG and CNG or c. liquid fuels and CNG for public or private use, to another individual or legal person who has been granted a licence to establish it, with or without charging devices for electric vehicle batteries (recharging points), by the relevant Regional Transport and Communication Services.

About
1. Against this decision, an appeal may be filed by anyone with a legitimate interest before the Coordinator of the relevant Decentralized Administration, within a period of fifteen (15) days after becoming aware of the decision, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 227 and 228 of Law 3852/2010 (GG A 87). 2. A request for remedy against this decision may be submitted by anyone who has a legitimate interest, within a period (15) days after becoming aware of it, before the body that issued the decision (Article 118 of Law 4558/2018 (GG Α 133). If the period of fifteen (15) working days elapses without the licensing authority approving or rejecting the request, it is deemed that the requested changes have been approved and the person concerned is legally operating his/her fuel station business without any additional restrictions. In the case of tacit approval, the applicant may request a certificate from the licensing authority in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (GG Α΄ 44).

Remarks
# Fuel and Energy Supply Records (See Legislation tab). # If a fuel station, which has been granted an establishment licence without an operating licence, is transferred or leased or otherwise transferred to another person (natural or legal), the operating licence shall be granted to the new person within fifteen (15) working days from the date of submission of the application. # The validity of the licence for the operation of a CNG fuel station or mixed CNG fuel station shall be for an indefinite period of time. # Article 6 "Compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel stations for private use" - Joint Ministerial Decision oik. 93067/1083/2018 (GG B΄ 5661) # Proof of payment of the contributory fee for the issuance of the operating licence (see Legislation tab). For private liquid fuel stations, the document with No. DYdrog/B/F.5/171005/12-4-2018 of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy(Secretariat General for Energy and Minerals, Directorate General of Energy, Hydrocarbons Directorate, Department B’ of Hydrocarbons Organization and Market Surveillance) is applicable, which was forwarded to all the of Transport and Communications Directorates General of the country’s Regions and to all the country’s Regional Transport and Communications Services, attached to the document with No 29575/293/20-4-2018. # The issuance or revocation of the operating licence of a pure or mixed CNG fuel station shall be notified to the applicant, the competent Service of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, the local Police Department, the relevant Fire Service, the local Tax Office (D.O.Y.) and the competent Service that maintains the Register of the input-output system of the Secretariat General of Public Administrations’ Information Systems (in the case of a mixed liquid fuel and CNG station). The above administrative acts are published in accordance with the provisions of Law 3861/2010 (GG Α΄ 112).
