Description

The procedure concerns the notification of the starting of operation of repair and maintenance workshops for cars, motorcycles and mopeds (Article 165 of Law 4442/2016), the supporting documents kept in the workshops area, how the information is disclosed in the event of an imminent change, and the authorities to which the notification and its changes are notified.

Compliance with the terms and conditions for the operation of Maintenance and Repair Shops for Cars, Motorcycles and Mopeds (siting, installations, building, electromechanical equipment, marking, etc.), as specified in Law 78/1988 (A34), Law 3710/2008 (A 216) and Law 1575/1985 (A 207), for notification of initiation.

Collection and maintenance of the supporting documents required for the notification of start of operations of repair shops in accordance with Article 4 of Law 314766/2021 (FEK B 5272) of a Joint Ministerial Decision. In the case of disclosure of data or a change of organisation or place of business, the relevant record with all necessary supporting documents and copies of both the change of notification and other notifications prior to the current change must be kept in the undertaking.

The Agency of the Partnership shall provide the necessary administrative fee electronically through the e-paravolo application and shall pay the corresponding fee before the notification is made, in order to complete the relevant area in the notification form and shall keep the proof of payment together with the other supporting documents. Article 7 of Article 314766/2021 (FEK B 5272).

The Contractor of the Repair Shop shall obtain the required administrative fee and, in the case of the submission of the notice of change to the place of activity, in order to complete the relevant field in the form of change notification and shall keep the evidence of payment together with the other supporting documents. No fee is required for the notification of a cessation of operation, change of entity or change of any other notified element, except for the change of the place of exercise of the activity.     The Technical Report, of the legally responsible engineer, describes the workshop layout according to its type, equipment, specifications and standards followed and the practices adopted. The technical report shall be accompanied by a topographical report of the area and subsidences of the area.
