Conditions
The interested party cannot be a member of the T.E.E. and also be in a judicial prohibition or perception, and when he/she has been irrevocably convicted of a felony and for the time he/she is serving sentence. In the event that the person concerned has not been convicted, he / she declares responsibly that he / she has not been placed in legal aid, has not been irrevocably convicted of a crime and is not serving a sentence. In the event that the person concerned has been convicted, he / she declares responsibly that he / she has been placed in legal aid and / or has been irrevocably convicted of a felony and is serving a sentence from… to…. "
The applicant must have a degree in Higher Education.
The Higher Education Institute of the EU Member State must be a recognized Higher Education Institute.
If the applicant is from a Member State where education is regulated, he / she must have successfully completed the required course of study.
If the person concerned comes from a Member State where the profession is regulated by law, he or she must have obtained the corresponding professional authorisation in that Member State.
If the person concerned comes from a Member State where neither the education nor the profession is regulated, he/she must have practiced the profession in the country of origin for at least 2 years in the previous 10 years
The interested party (applicant) should register as a member of the TCG and the free services of T.E.E. (My TEE)
If the person concerned comes from a Member State where education is regulated by law, he or she must have successfully completed the required course of study.
